We had a wonderful time, thank you for making us feel so welcome. The villa is in a lovely countryside location which is very quiet & peaceful - exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait to come back soon.
Thanks again

Just arrived back from a week at the Villa. Had a lovely time, villa and pool great and the area beautiful. The children loved the pool and the daily flights by the storks. A very beautiful location, peaceful but ideally situated. Dalyan has lots to over, many good restaurants, friendly people and still unspoilt. We had a great boat trip on the river arranged by Debbie and the children even got to steer the boat which they loved.

Would recommend this if you enjoy a relaxing holiday but with plenty on offer. Debbie was more than helpful with some great advice.

Villa is a great location for walking and wildlife. There are peaceful walks along the irrigation canals and fields(you can even walk to LeyLey restaurant along the canal then get a Dolmus back following a beer or two and a meal!)and in the vicinity of nearby Okcular village. The walks to Kaunos and Candir village (and beyond)on the opposite bank to Dalyan, and between Iztuzu beach and Gokbel village are particularly attractive.

Everywhere there is a great variety of wildlife especially amphibia and reptiles (frogs - including tree frogs, terrapins, turtles, lizards and snakes), insects (dragonflies and butterflies etc) and last, but not least, birds. What you see depends on the time of year. On our visit in April highlights were (for us northern Europeans!) storks, rollers, kingfishers, woodchat shrike, night and squacco herons and a solitary Caspian tern by the beach.

Definitely worth considering a stay in the migration seasons when it is warm and pleasant to be out and about.

We have been taking independently arranged villa holidays for over 20 years in some beautiful properties and areas. Villa Oleander, the warmth of the welcome and the helpfulness extended by Debbie and Bilal (not forgetting Pumpkin, Freddie and Ugly) was by far the best we have experienced. The property was everything the details described. The surrounding area was peaceful, the property very well cared for and the local people extremely friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, our boat trips, watching the Turtles being fed in the mornings at the Ceyhan restaurant and everything about Dalyan and the surrounding vicinity. This was our first visit to Turkey but I am sure it will not be the last!
Thank you again for your invaluable assistance.

A wonderful villa, a home from home, clean, comfortable and spacious.

The children (aged 2,7 & 8) loved the pool and could have stayed in it all day !

A warm and friendly welcome from Debbie on our arrival.

Thank you both Debbie & Bilal ( We were so relaxed that we missed Bilal's daily morning visit and bread - what bread ? missed that too !
Thank you so much

Hi Bilal and Debbie,
Sorry for the delay in signing the guest book. I can only echo the positive comments of the other guys. Great villa and pool - everything very well looked after and what a wonderful service from Debbie and Bilal - nothing was too much trouble to make the holiday very memorable.
5th time in Dalyan, but the best accommodation by a long way.
