All prices shown are for one weeks rental and include cost of water, electric, gas, air-conditioning , villa cleaning and a welcome pack on arrival.

How to Make A Booking

• Check your preferred dates on the availability calender below
• Complete the enquiry form below and submit
• Ensure you can get flights for the dates required
• We will respond usually within 24 hours if not sooner to confirm
• Book your flights if you haven't already done so once you receive our confirmation
• We will email booking confirmation form and terms & conditions of rental detailing dates and total holiday price and deposit amount required
• Complete booking form and email back to us
• Choose method of payment and submit 20% booking deposit
• Make a record of the  final payment date

How To Pay

• You can make an internet bank transfer directly to our account once you have received confirmation.  Please advise if you wish to use this method and we can let you have the details.  We will send an email confirmation when we receive the money
• You can use the "Pay Now" button above which links you directly yo "PayPal" which is a secure on line payment system meaning that you don't have to disclose your bank/debit or credit card details to us
• If you choose the "PayPal" method, you don't need to have a PayPal account yourself, just click on the button and you will see a screen with a payment box showing the name "Villa Oleander" . Insert the amount you wish to pay and follow the on screen instructions.  You will receive an automatic payment receipt from PayPal . There is a 3% surcharge for using this method of payment

We advise that you check the availability of your preferred dates, we can pencil in dates provisionally until you know you have your flights booked.  We will hold a provisional option for 48 hours to allow you to book flights.  Unfortunately we have to release the dates if we don't have contact from you within this time.

We don't have fixed change over dates so we will be as flexible as we can to accommodate you

We will respond as quickly as possible, usually immediately, but definately within 24 hours

A 20% booking deposit is required if booking more than 8 weeks in advance , balance to be paid 8 weeks before holiday date with a £100 refundable breakages deposit. 

Full payment is required if booking less than 8 weeks before holiday date together with a £100 refundable breakages deposit.
